Warner Robins Air Force Base is the largest industrial complex in Georgia and one of the largest Air Force bases in the South. It is home for more than 60 units that make up a vital part of the Air Force war fighting team. It employs a work force of over 25,584 civilian, contractor, and military members.

Business Challenge:

Robins Air Force Base has a large number of contractors who provide services within the base itself. For every such service, the contractors issue a purchase order, which needs to be reviewed and approved by an appropriate department. This process involved a lot of time and efforts. Considering the volume of such quotes and approvals required, Robins Air Force decided to shift the whole procedure to an electronic format. Additionally, their requirement included association of handwritten signatures with the digital signatures.
