Electronic Signature solutions provider E-Lock releases higher version of ProSigner

McLean, VA. September 9th , 2009: E-Lock, a leading provider of electronic signature software, today announced the release of ProSigner 7.6.0 and ProSigner Lite 7.6.0, the latest version of its flagship products. ProSigner is an off the shelf e-signature software, that enables Organizations as well as Individuals to add electronic signature capabilities to their documents.

The latest version of ProSigner supports applying password-based e-signatures in PDF files, along with MS Word and Excel. The eSignature in PDF files is Adobe compatible, which can be verified through Adobe reader. It can sign and mail the PDF files in one go, and also supports signing of PDF/A files.

E-mark component in the ProSigner family of products allows users to create the password-protected credentials with eSignature using mouse which can be used to sign the WORD, Excel and PDF files. The new version can sign word documents in bulk.

ProSigner can also be used in MS Sharepoint environment. Users can sign a document which can be opened from a Sharepoint document library (word or excel), on saving the document back to the document library one can check if the document is esigned and trigger a workflow in Sharepoint.

With these additions to its already rich features list, E-Lock has fulfilled its promise to deliver the password-protected eSignatures for PDF files. ProSigner is an easy to use, feature-rich, multi-faceted desktop e-signature product. Use of ProSigner significantly reduces approval time and costs associated with physical, paper based transactions. The main advantage of using ProSigner is that, it can sign digitally as well as by using Password-protected eSignature. This makes the software usable in variety of scenarios.
