Automated Server-side, Bulk signing solution from E-Lock now supports multiple Profiles for faster operation
|

McLean, VA, September 16, 2009: E-Lock, a global provider of PKI based digital signature solutions announced the release of its automated digital signing solution DeskSeal Service 5.0.0. This new version enables creation of multiple profiles for automatic signing of documents in multiple batches simultaneously.

The new version of DeskSeal Service enables users to create multiple signing profiles that can run simultaneously. E.g.: If an organization needs to issue different types of documents like purchase orders, e-invoices, statements etc. signed by different signers, it can set multiple profiles, by designating the folders, signature placement and digital certificates of the respective authorized signatories. This way the respective documents will keep on getting signed simultaneously at regular intervals, without any manual intervention. This enables organizations to sign multiple types of bulk documents in much lesser time (DeskSeal Service signs approx. 1000 files in 86 seconds). Signed files are maintained in PKCS#7 format and the software supports signing with digital certificates stored on machine, smart card, e-token or HSM.

About DeskSeal Service: DeskSeal Service speedily signs files of any format in bulk, in an automatic mode. It runs on server as a 'Windows Service', without needing any manual monitoring or intervention. It signs documents in bulk at regular specified intervals, enabling the organizations to automate their business processes. The users have to set signing profiles/ processes by adding the files to be signed in an input folder, specifying an output folder and designating a digital certificate. It can embed signatures in PDF documents in native PDF way, which can be verified using Adobe Acrobat. DeskSeal Service is widely used by the organizations that require sending signed documents on a mass scale to their customers / stakeholders in a secure and authenticated manner.
