E-Lock Launches Robust Version of its Automated Server-side Signing Solution

E-Lock a leading provider of electronic and digital signature solutions announced the launch of the robust new version of its Automated Server side signing solution – DeskSeal Service. The new version of DeskSeal Service includes major enhancements related to PDF document signing.

DeskSeal Service signs documents in an automatic mode without needing any user intervention. It is widely used by industries that require sending digitally signed documents like statements, invoices etc. on a mass scale to their customers thereby automating business processes along with maintaining authenticity and data security.

The new enhancements are:

• Adding Image file in PDF document: The users can now insert their Handwritten Signatures / Logos in the PDF documents.
• Deciding location of the signature: The users can decide the location of the signature on the document. They can specify the page numbers, x-y margins and choose alignment for signature and image placement.
• Verification using Adobe Reader: The files signed using DeskSeal Service can now be verified using Adobe reader as well E-Lock verification utility.
