E-Lock instaSign 2.0 is a On-demand Software Service for e-Signing / Digital Signing PDF files. instaSign 2.0’s Easy Three Step Process allows users to insert visible digital signatures/eSignature in PDF files with ease. These signature are in native PDF format and verified through Adobe reader.
instaSign 2.0 supports on the fly eSigning, as well as signing using digital certificates thus providing users with choice to select the signing option, as per their requirement. It supports Bulk PDF signing and has a feature, where in User can assign the signer for signing particular batch of PDF files.
e.g. Suppose there is a Assistant (User) who registers and uploads the zipped PDF files to the server. instaSign 2.0 allows the assistant with two options (i) He can himself sign these uploaded files or (ii)He can assign his Manager or other Signer to sign these uploaded files. The assigned signer will just need login to the instaSign and sign the already ready PDF file batches.
